Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Tiers At Courbane, all orders are shipped securely via standard ground networks to ensure safe transit. We offer a streamlined delivery structure:

• Standard Ground (3–5 Business Days): $8.95 flat rate for all orders under $150.00.

• Complimentary Ground Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders totaling $150.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Order Processing Time All orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, transit times typically range from 3 to 5 business days depending on your destination distance from New York.

Expedited & Air Shipping Restrictions (HAZMAT Compliance) Due to federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, fine fragrances containing alcohol are classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and are legally restricted to ground-only transportation. For this reason, 1–3 day expedited or air shipping options (such as Next Day Air or Priority Mail Express) are not available. Attempting to ship fine fragrances via air violates federal law.

Geographic Limitations Due to mandatory ground-only shipping regulations, Courbane exclusively fulfills orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations at this time.
